Developing complex biotech instruments and consumables

We understand the challenges of biotech device development and manufacturing. Our strong capabilities in the development and manufacturing of custom and highly complex instruments, complemented by our advanced rapid prototyping capabilities for a turnkey device and consumable solution. We are experts in omics hardware, cell culture equipment, as well as sample prep devices and handling systems.

Our deep biotech engineering expertise includes driving fluidics and optics-based detection. We're also highly skilled in chip integration for next-generation sequencing, Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats (CRISPR), and other automated genetic engineering products.

Our extensive experience in biotech cartridge engineering has given us a deep understanding of microfluidics, small volumes, and fluid dynamics.

Typical projects entail fluid handling requirements in small volumes, ranging from milliliters (ml) to microliters (µl). We bring assay protocols to life developing a variety of features to execute plasma separation, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), ribonucleic acid (RNA) and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) purification, cell lysis, bacterial analysis, biomarker expression, and more.

Our team can quickly achieve these fluidic requirements through our novel rapid injection molding.
